Fred Glynn Fred Glynn
Principal Investigator

Fred has been digging up information for a wide variety of clients for more than 10 years. As a legal investigator, he’s helped some of Colorado’s top trial lawyers win settlements or judgments.

For business owners, he’s dissected allegations of sexual harassment and intellectual property theft, among other cases. For business attorneys, he’s obtained long-lost property records, located and interviewed long-lost witnesses, and served legal papers no one else was able to. For individuals, he’s identified heirs and located and identified biological parents. He routinely obtains information to one else is able to. He manages a team of associate investigators with diverse backgrounds.

Mike Reid
Director of Surveillance
Mike has 28 years of law enforcement experience as a detective with the major investigations unit of the Oseola County (FL) Sheriff’s Department. He led dozens of undercover operations, seized records amounts of contraband, several as a technical advisor to several TV shows, and won several public service awards. He has extensive experience with sophisticated enforcement techniques, including electronic surveillance and intelligence data processing.

Mandy Smithson
Mandy has been a private investigator since 2005, focusing on family law investigations, process serving and surveillance.

Dave Falcon
Dave has been licensed as a private investigator in California since 1989 and Arizona since 2005. He has extensive experience working as a legal investigator for large and small personal injury firms in Arizona, California and Colorado, in personal injury cases and in domestic cases requiring moving and stationary surveillance.

Jack Simpson
Jack is a retired FBI Agent with extensive experience in criminal and background investigations. His field assignments included Chicago, Puerto Rico , Denver and Kuwait. As a Special Agent he worked White Collar Fraud, Public Corruption, Background and Drug/Gang investigations. He was a member of the FBI SWAT team and the FBI Special Operations Group, where he gained extensive surveillance experience.

Crystal Spenz
Crystal has investigated dozens of family cases for domestic court judges as a Child and Family Investigator (CFI) since 2009. Prior to that she worked for ten years as a parole officer with the Division of Youth Corrections.
